Cancellation & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bikerblink.store@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return under the conditions described below.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), if you reside in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by writing to bikerblink.store@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although doing so is not mandatory — any clear statement of your decision to withdraw is valid.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (European Union Customers)
In addition to our voluntary returns policy described in this document, customers residing in the EU benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, which protects you against defects that already exist at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 years of delivery. This legal guarantee is separate from, and not limited by, our commercial return policy below. To make a claim under this guarantee, contact us at bikerblink.store@gmail.com.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Retain its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order number.

The following items are not eligible for return: personalized items, opened personal hygiene products, and final-sale items (where applicable).

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, write to us at bikerblink.store@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions to complete the process. Please do not return any product before receiving this confirmation, as returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at bikerblink.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, attaching photos of the product and its packaging. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
